We are Florida North Inc, a combined manufacturing and sales outlet located in a 5,600 sq. ft. new state of the art manufacturing facility. We are located in upstate New York, a short drive from Exits 27, 28 and 29 off the NYS Thruway and Exit 23 off I-88. The owner of Florida North Inc. has been in the Pool Industry since 1977 when he learned all phases of pool and spa construction in Tampa Bay, Florida. He has worked on everything from residential to commercial, from monolithic pour to shotcrete, gunite and liner pools. In the early 1990's, he was introduced to fiberglass pools. In 1995, he moved to upstate New York and started selling and installing fiberglass pools in the Northeast. In 1996, Florida North started manufacturing its own pools. We currently sell and install fiberglass pools and swim spas from the US Virgin Islands to the West Coast of California and from Southern Canada to the Southern Tip of Florida.
We take pride in our reputation, and that pride is reflected in every pool that we sell. We ensure that only the highest quality materials are used in the manufacturing of our pools. We never use "watered down" or second run resins. We still build our pools the time tested way - top of the line gelcoat, 100% vinyl ester(the essential "waterproofing" resin) and multiple layers of chopped glass and glass fabric. This process takes longer than the "mass production" procedures being utilized in much of the industry today, but results in what we believe to be THE STRONGEST POOL ANYWHERE.

One piece fiberglass pool, plumbed with 1 skimmer, 2 return jets, 2 bottom suctions, pump, filter, automatic time clock, solar cover, floating chlorinator, all piping connections, and maintenance equipment. "READY TO SET IN THE HOLE."
Kits are sold on an Owner/Contractor' basis.
Average Installation Includes:
Same as the kit with all plumbing connected, excavation of the hole, setting and leveling of the pool, backfilling around the pool* and rough grading to existing landscape.

Pricing Depends On:
Access to pool site with truck and equipment, need for smaller equipment or skidsteer
night travel and overnight stay & lodging. Underground obstacles: rocks, stumps, septic tanks, sprinklers ,high water table.
Extra backfill for rough grading the pool area. Pump & filter location.
Crane if needed. Removal of overburden. Availability of water
